jli3 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. All disputes, licensing matters, and compliance obligations are governed by Philippine law and PAGCOR directives.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jli3. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and fair-use conditions. Abuse of bonus terms — including collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation — voids the bonus and may result in account closure.
jli3 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete.
jli3 provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and loss limit tools. Players who invoke self-exclusion are permanently barred from re-registering under any identity for the duration of the exclusion period.

The minimum age to register and use jli3 is 21 years old, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287 and related Philippine gaming legislation. jli3 strictly enforces this requirement. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where underage access is suspected.

Each natural person may register only one account on jli3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli3 login credentials. jli3 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify jli3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation in the Philippines, jli3 is required to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. During peak periods, verification may take up to five business days. jli3 will notify you by SMS or in-platform notification upon completion.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Where jli3 has reasonable grounds to believe that documents submitted are fraudulent or that the account holder is not the registered individual, jli3 may close the account and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
jli3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via PesoNet), USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method as published in the Account Centre.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed through jli3's automated payment pipeline and typically complete within 10 minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within one to three banking days. Withdrawals above ₱100,000 are subject to additional AML review, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. This requirement is in place to comply with PAGCOR's AML guidelines. jli3 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the deposit method.
All transactions on the jli3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. jli3 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.
⚠️ jli3 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard Philippine payment methods. Third-party fees charged by GCash, Maya, or your bank are beyond jli3's control and will be borne by the account holder.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jli3 are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times before withdrawal is permitted. All games available on the jli3 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes that are independently audited and verified. Published RTP percentages reflect long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, jli3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. jli3 is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side.

No part of the jli3 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jli3. Unauthorised use of jli3 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jli3 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance, void unsettled wagers, and — where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed — forfeit the entire account balance. Real-money funds deposited in good faith and not subject to forfeiture conditions will be returned to the originating payment method after applicable deductions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, players agree to first raise the dispute directly with jli3's support team and allow jli3 a period of 30 calendar days to investigate and provide a written response. Where the dispute relates to a PAGCOR licensing matter, players may escalate unresolved complaints directly to PAGCOR's designated Player Protection Office.
jli3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification and an in-platform banner at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes may be made without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version was published. Your continued use of the jli3 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
