The jli3 Platform is strictly not intended for persons under the age of 21, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. jli3 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If jli3 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be securely deleted, and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any withdrawals already processed.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has registered on jli3, please contact us immediately via the support channels in Section 13.
jli3 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — including changes to the types of data collected, the purposes for which data is used, or the third parties with whom data is shared — will be communicated to registered players via SMS and in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect.
